We’re delighted to once again be supplying our industry-leading horse weighing platforms at the prestigious Defender Burghley Horse Trials, taking place 3–6 September 2026 at the magnificent Burghley House Estate in Lincolnshire.
As one of the world’s most iconic 5★ Three-Day Events, Defender Burghley attracts the very best riders, horses and support teams from across the globe, making it a highlight of both the international eventing calendar and the summer social season.
Our Olympic Horse Weigh platform will be located in the Stables Area, where it will be available for competitors, support teams and veterinary professionals to use throughout the event. The platform will be in place ready for the early arrivals travelling from Europe.

Wednesday 6th – Sunday 10th May 2026
The countdown is on for the 2026 edition of the Mars Badminton Horse Trials, and we’re delighted that Horse Weigh will once again be supplying the horse weighing platforms for the event.
This iconic three-day event brings together world-class riders, exceptional horses, owners, and thousands of passionate spectators for an unforgettable week of top-level eventing. Horse Weigh is proud to be returning for our 26th consecutive year, supporting competitors with accurate and reliable horse weighing throughout the competition.
Within the LeMieux Grassroots Arena, one of our weighing platform’s will once again be available for grassroots competitors. Monitoring a horse’s weight during competition can play an important role in performance management, recovery, and overall wellbeing, helping riders make informed decisions during a demanding event week.
William Bedell will be at Badminton throughout the event and would be happy to discuss any of the Horse Weigh weighing machines or arrange a meeting.

Agria FEI Eventing European Championships

The Agria FEI Eventing European Championship returns to the UK for the first time in a decade. Horse Weigh is excited to be apart of this prestigious event.
Our Olympic – Horse Weigh model will be available down in the Stables Area for all competitors, support teams and vets, to use during the Championships.
It will be in situ from Monday 15th September, for those early arrival horses from Europe.

Horse Weigh is pleased to once again serve as the supplier of horse weighing platforms for the Burghley Horse Trials 2025.
Recognized as the premier 5* equestrian event worldwide, Defender Burghley is regarded by top riders as their ultimate competitive aspiration and is also a significant event in the summer social calendar.
Our Olympic – Horse Weigh model will be available down in the Stables Area for all competitors, support teams and vets, to use during the Trials. It will be in situ from Monday 1st September, for those early arrival horses from Europe.
